When asked to quote on a project, big or small, we will send a manager to perform a detailed assessment of the work to be performed. Quite often, the manager will find other areas that require attention. For instance, when required to quote on a power washing and window cleaning job, we will often notice areas where the paint is peeling off or parts of the exterior building envelope that need repairs. The manager will document his findings with pictures and comments and submit a menu style quote allowing you to purchase the services you deem necessary in the immediate and allowing you to budget for work that will need to be done in the near or distant future.
