Our Approach to Safety

From day one our employees are told about our impeccable record with Worksafe BC and the procedures they have to follow in order to work safely and within regulations. Our one year apprenticeship program ensures that every employee will work under direct supervision for at least 3 months and will be closely monitored and evaluated on a regular basis.

Bi-monthly safety meeting, hands-on training as well as rope access and aerial lift certification ensure our safety standards remain the highest in the industry. Active participation in the International Window Cleaning Association and adherence to their safety program also keep us current and hold us to the highest level of International safety standards.

Failure to comply with safety regulations is grounds for immediate dismissal.
